Weight Room Time for Women
You asked, and we listened! Thanks to member requests, we're excited to continue offering designated weight room hours specifically for women. This power hour is all about building strength and connecting with other women in a supportive environment.

Strong Bones, Strong Bodies
While osteoporosis can affect anyone, it's especially important for women to focus on bone health. Strength training is a powerful tool in this fight.
Strength training does more than slow bone loss. The stress on bones triggers cells to create more tissue, similar to weight-bearing exercises like running. The end result? Denser, stronger bones, as reported by Harvard Health.

Boat Battles
Compete with your friends in a variety of challenges while racing in kiddie kayaks and other personal watercraft. Prepare for an unforgettable adventure on the water, with exciting prizes awaiting participants at the conclusion of the event.
