DVAM ECN

Domestic Violence Awareness Month

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness, support survivors and promote resources that can save lives. It’s also an opportunity to remind people about the availability of Text-to-911. When calling isn’t safe, texting provides a discreet and lifesaving option to reach help. Please continue to share this message throughout the month to help ensure that more people are aware that this critical service is available throughout the state. Remember, call if you can, text if you can't.

Its your calling

It's Your Calling

Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) are reminded to share their open job postings with the Emergency Communication Networks (ECN) team so they can be added to our website. Posting your positions through ECN helps increase visibility, attract a wider pool of qualified candidates, and support recruitment efforts statewide. Please send your postings to ecn@state.mn.us and we’ll make sure they are included on the “what’s your calling” job opportunities page.
