You are being invited to attend a meeting with The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet Authority) regarding its plans on moving forward to expand FirstNet, the nationwide public safety broadband network, and enhance coverage where first responders need it, including in tribal, territorial, and rural areas. During this in-person meeting, you will hear first from AT&T about the continued buildout of FirstNet in Minnesota, on-going technology developments, and other progress updates. Then, the FirstNet Authority will share areas of interest across the state that it believes would benefit from enhanced coverage as identified by its qualitative model. The team will facilitate a discussion regarding specific coverage needs and solicit feedback from attendees. The FirstNet Authority seeks to learn directly from public safety leaders about their respective priorities for investing in enhanced coverage in the future.

This event is by invitation-only based on your role with public safety. If you are not able to attend, there is no obligation to send a proxy or representative. Please contact me before forwarding this invitation so that we can ensure adequate space.
