“The information learned and refreshed in Time with Training is invaluable!  The time spent away from the counter for training is far less than the time spent on hold on the phone waiting for help.”

Cindy Forsell, Stearns County #172

“Staff value the time they are able to spend watching Time with Training each month. It helps staff learn new procedures and tips or enhance their current knowledge. Staff are better able to assist customers and support each other. It’s a no-brainer – all offices, all employees should watch the training every month. It is 100 percent worth it for deputy registrars, DVS and customers!

Miken Binman, White Bear Lake, #127
