D3 - Hwy 65 Cambridge to north of Braham: 2026 construction
Closure extends to Brunswick Oct. 1
Just a heads up! We will be extending the current Hwy 65 closure a bit farther north as crews continue construction. The main 10‑mile stretch between Cambridge and Braham is still expected to stay closed until late fall, but this expanded work zone will allow crews to start replacing centerline culverts from Hwy 107 up to Brunswick.

Quick note from us
We know this detour has been a major headache all season, and we apologize for the disruptions it’s caused. We recognize that the long routes, delays and changes have been challenging, and we truly appreciate everyone’s continued support as we improve the roadway.
Crews have been busy resurfacing Hwy 65 using a technique called cold-in-place recycle (CIR). The process involves a convoy of equipment to finish the road surface, including tankers that hold emulsion material and water, milling or crushing and recycling machines, pavers and rollers.
