Highway 28 Morris to Starbuck

Paving was completed this week in Cyrus, but there's still concrete work underway, as well as turf establishment and other cleanup in town. Final striping from Starbuck to Cyrus will follow, and is anticipated to start next week. We appreciate your continued patience as the project wraps up.
For now, the highway remains closed to thru-traffic. If you don't have a destination along the roadway, please follow the signed detour route. For access to Cyrus, please continue to use County Road 3 to enter from the south.
All construction activities and traffic impacts are weather dependent.
 Crews finished paving in Cyrus this week, but the road remains closed to give space for concrete work and other final cleanup to be completed.
 Upcoming schedule
- Finish sidewalks and turf work in Phase 1 and 2 in Cyrus
- Final striping from Starbuck to Cyrus
