2026 Construction:
Hwy 210/I-94 interchange improvements

Paving to begin on Highway 210

Paving will start on Highway 210 west of Redwood Lane August 14, weather permitting. Crews will also begin paving the on/off ramps, starting with the eastbound off-ramp, in the coming days.

Curb, gutter, and sidewalks are next up on the bridge! After that, crews will pour guardrail as well as the final overlay for the driving lanes.

Traffic is currently one lane in each direction through the work zone on I-94, but travelers should be prepared to switch to head-to-head in the coming weeks as crews finish up work under the new bridge. More updates to come as schedule becomes clear.

The eastern most roundabout is beginning to take shape. Concrete will be poured for the curb next week, weather permitting.

Traffic reminders Highway 210 is open for east/west travelers across the south bridge during construction, one lane in each direction. Please travel with care.  The interchange ramps are closed to all travelers. I-94 traffic to/from Highway 210 should use the detour on County Road 1/Tower Road (Exit 55). Reduced speeds on I-94 near the interchange. Be prepared to switch to head-to-head.
