Highway 11 Warroad to Roseau Update: August 5

Paving on the east half of project has been completed. The contractor will begin working off the road surface by shaping and placing black dirt on in slopes and in ditches.
The west half detour (Stage 4) will remain in place as centerline culverts on west half of project will be installed by the end of the week. Approach culvert replacements will also begin this week.
Work on the re-alignment area near the Roseau airport is progressing with the new road about half complete.
The project remains on schedule and is expected to be complete in September.
