MnDOT seeks responses from workforce centers, community-based organizations, training institutions, colleges, and trade associations to develop and administer a program in highway construction career development and training.
The program to be developed and delivered is:
- Up to two adult highway construction trade training programs in Minnesota for up to 20 participants per program.
The selected entity will work with MnDOT staff and current OJT Support Services vendors to ensure that services are consistent throughout MnDOT OJT support services programs.

- Questions regarding this RFP must be received by MnDOT no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Aug. 18, 2026.
- Submit questions by e-mail only to: ocrgrantinvoices.dot@state.mn.us
- MnDOT anticipates posting answers to such questions no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Aug. 20, 2026.
Deadline: All responses must be received via email with a time stamp of no later 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Aug. 31, 2026. Late responses will not be considered.
