Metro - Hwy 169 and Hwy 282/Co. Rd. 9 in Jordan: 2025-2027 construction
Crews will close northbound Hwy 169 to traffic between Delaware Ave./Co. Rd. 59 in St. Lawrence Township and Creek Lane in Jordan from 10 p.m. Fri, Aug. 7 to 5 a.m. Mon, Aug. 10. The closure is necessary to complete storm sewer work.
The posted detour is Co. Rd. 59 (Delaware Ave.) to Co. Rd. 66 (Old Hwy 169 Blvd.) to Hwy 21 (Broadway St.).

We are partnering with the city of Jordan and Scott County to construct a new interchange at Hwy 169 and Hwy 282/Co. Rd. 9 in Jordan. Construction will include two bridges, large drainage culverts, two roundabouts, a pedestrian tunnel, sidewalks, retaining walls and noise walls. The project will improve safety and traffic flow and create better connections for pedestrians and bicyclists. The project is anticipated to be complete in 2027.
