Highway 11 Warroad to Roseau
 The Stage 4 detour is active on the west end of the project.
Stage 4 begins
Crews are moving right along on Highway 11 and have now begun work on the west side of the project. Paving operations have wrapped up on the east end of the project. Milling operations have begun on the west section of the project. Motorists should use the Stage 4 detour (see map).
As a reminder, during these operations, residents and other local traffic should continue to watch for workers, slow-moving equipment and obey traffic control.
The project remains on schedule and is expected to be complete in late-September.
Highway 11 Warroad to Roseau project includes:
- Reconstructing the “ridge” area near Warroad with right-turn lanes and a center left-turn lane
- Realigning the segment near the Roseau Airport to flatten the curve
- Replacing culverts
- Replacing deteriorating pavement along the entire segment
