Office of Civil Rights News
The Minnesota Unified Certification Program (MNUCP) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise certification portal is live in B2Gnow. You may be familiar with this web-based software system. B2Gnow is currently used by other regional government agencies such as the City of St. Paul, City of Minneapolis, and Hennepin County.
The MNUCP DBE certification portal is a certification management system. DBEs that are currently recertified with the MNUCP can manage their certification online. They can also monitor changes to their certification profile. Interstate recertified DBEs can also submit a new application for certification in Minnesota. In the future, prospective Minnesota based firms will be able to complete an online application for certification.
Key features of the MNUCP DBE certification portal:
- Apply online for interstate ACDBE/DBE certification
- Submit the annual Declaration of Eligibility (DOE) online
- Track ACDBE/DBE applications and DOEs from submission to completion
- Update contact information
- Add, change, or remove North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes
- Change eligibility
If you are currently recertified as a DBE with the MNUCP, your firm may already be in the system. Please look up your business to see if an account already exists at https://mnucp.dbesystem.com/. You must click on the agency that you were certified with first to be taken to the correct system.
If you have never logged on or do not know your username or password, click on “Account Lookup” or “Forgot Username/password” on the portal sign-in page.
