Bridge work on or over MnDOT Right of Way A quick reminder for local agencies: with recent turnover across agencies, this is a good time to restate an important requirement. Annual status mapping report feedback To better meet local agency needs, Transportation Data and Analysis (TDA) will survey city and county engineers. The purpose of the survey is to gather actionable feedback, understand how local partners use existing products, identify emerging needs, and explore opportunities to transition away from static products toward digital content where appropriate. A canary in the coal mine Property Damage Only (PDO) crashes are vital early indicators of safety issues, but reporting has dropped due to statute changes and law enforcement workload. A new LRRB effort, including a short video and fact sheet, aims to educate officers on why reporting all crashes remains critical for proactive safety improvements. Marc Briese, Programs Manager in State Aid, has accepted a temporary assignment in MnDOT’s Office of Transportation System Management (OTSM) from May 20 to October 6, 2026.
