D1 - Hwy 61 & London Road: 2026-2027 construction

Hwy 61 London Road Weekly Construction Update May 27

Current and upcoming work

• Finishing sewer work at 40th Ave E
• Placing topsoil and sod at various locations north of 40th Ave E where new sidewalk was installed May 26 - June 12

Traffic control 

Traffic control will be removed June 1 - 2 and major work activity will be paused until after Grandma's Marathon. Traffic control and the detour will be reinstalled starting on June 22.
