With the north bridge removals complete, crews are working on rebuilding. They finished driving piles for the piers, and will be pouring the footings. They will start to install pile for the west abutment.
Storm sewer and culverts have been installed from Redwood Lane to the west, and they will continue that work east of Redwood Lane, working east.
You may have noticed some changes on Highway 210, with traffic shifting to accommodate the roundabout construction on either side of the bridge. Crews are also working on the realignment of the ramps on the eastbound I-94 on- and off-ramps.
All work will take a pause this weekend for the Memorial Day weekend, resuming on Tuesday, May 26.

Travel reminder: Know before you go
Have Memorial Day weekend travel plans? Check 511mn.org for statewide traffic impacts. The project at the Highway 210/I-94 interchange is just one of many road construction projects happening on Minnesota highways. Before you go, check the 511 map to see where you may encounter work zones, detours and more. Always slow down in work zones (even when workers aren't present) and never enter an area blocked by barriers or cones.

All construction activities and traffic impacts are weather dependent and subject to change. MnDOT urges motorists to always be attentive, drive with caution, slow down in work zones where workers are present, and never enter an area that's blocked by barriers or cones.
