MnDOT project team members will be providing updates on the Rethinking I-94 project at the upcoming Public Advisory Committee (PAC) meeting on Wed, June 3, from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.
MnDOT will provide information on items requested by PAC members including traffic modeling and summer 2025 I-94 construction traffic data. In addition, MnDOT will report on the official public comment period and the comments received on the Scoping Document/Draft Scoping Decision Document and Environmental Assessment Worksheet.
We will also discuss next steps – including signing and publishing the Scoping Decision Document and Findings of Fact and Conclusions document and the Tier 1 Environmental Impact Statement process.
Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting and can register to speak during the public input period at the end of the meeting. Speakers will be limited to one minute per person.

Rethinking I-94 is a long-term process to engage community members who live, work, commute and play along the 7.5-mile segment of I-94 between Hwy 55/Hiawatha Ave. in Minneapolis and Marion St. in St. Paul. Rethinking I-94 aims to address identified transportation needs while ensuring community members and stakeholders have a meaningful voice in the process.
