Thank you for your continued patience this week during all of the new traffic changes.
Demolition of the north bridge is complete! Crews worked from 8:30 p.m. until 7 a.m., Monday and Tuesday nights, to remove the structure, half at a time over the interstate. During that work traffic was temporarily re-routed using the ramps. Going forward, the ramps will remain closed 24/7 through the duration of construction.
Demolition clean up continues and bridge crews are scheduled to start exacavations and driving pile next week for construction of the new bridge.
