New TTC e-Learning series MnDOT has partnered with the University of Minnesota’s Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) to launch a new series of online trainings on work zone safety and temporary traffic control. These e-Learning’s are designed to help transportation professionals, local agencies, and contractors improve safety practices and reduce risks on roadways. Read more TTC e-Learning series.

Upcoming TTC trainings  In April, MnDOT will also host a webinar, What Managers Need to Know About Work Zone Traffic Control and Safety Needs. In addition, two in-person temporary traffic control (TTC) trainings will be offered in May: Temporary Traffic Control Train-the-Trainer and Traffic Control Technicians.  Read more upcoming TTC trainings.

2025 LRIP Solicitation summary On March 12, 2026, the Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) Advisory Committee convened and approved 42 projects for general obligation (GO) bond funding through the 2025 competitive LRIP solicitation. Read more LRIP Solicitation summary.
