Updates to County Route Signs in the MN MUTCD, 11th Edition The Minnesota Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MN MUTCD) 11th Edition introduces significant changes to county route signs, improving statewide consistency and aligning Minnesota’s practices with national standards. The changes affect which signs apply to specific routes, their color schemes, sizing standards, and how they appear on guide signs. Read more on updates to County Route Signs.

Final clearance for construction contracts and other reminders MnDOT Standard Specifications for Construction 1516.3 requires to close a federally funded construction contract. Part of 1516.3(4)(7) is to get final clearance from the MnDOT Office of Civil Rights (OCR) once they have determined that all contract obligations have been met with respect to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program, Workforce, Tribal, and/or the On-the-job Training Programs. Webinar on Vulnerable Road User safety strategies MnDOT State Aid and the Office of Traffic Engineering are excited to announce the launch of a new webinar series focused on traffic safety countermeasures aimed at those supporting the design, operation, and maintenance of roads.
