DBE program interim final rule The USDOT has released an interim final rule that updates how firms qualify for the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. Instead of assuming disadvantage based on race or gender, firms must now demonstrate individual social and economic disadvantage.  Read more on DBE program changes.

The LPI makeover: SNBI, CCRs and what it means for you? MnDOT is updating its Local Planning Index (LPI) tools to align with the new Specifications for the National Bridge Inventory (SNBI) bridge inspection standards, with full implementation expected by 2028. This transition will improve how local bridges are prioritized for funding, using updated inspection data and risk-based performance measures. Read more about the LPI (SNBI) transition.
