MnDOT seeks responses from Minnesota-based certified small businesses that are seeking financial assistance for eligible expenses to increase their business capacity or industry knowledge and assist in the pursuit of MnDOT projects and contracts.
Deadline:
Applications will be evaluated in the order in which they were received, subject to the terms of the RFP. Applications will be accepted until April 30, 2026, or until funding is exhausted. All applications must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on April 30, 2026. Late responses will not be considered.
