What's happening this week?
August 18-22

Traffic impacts: Traffic will remain in the configuration it has been in.

Crews completed concrete work as well as final grading and cleanup work.

Project is ready to be paved.
What's happening next week?
August 25-29

Traffic impacts: Traffic will use Detour B during paving operations.

East of the Roseau River bridge: pavement will be milled down and paving will follow.

Hwy 11 from 11th Ave to 3rd Ave will be closed during paving operation. Detour B will be used during this time.

Paving on the west of the Roseau River bridge will be completed after the east side.
This project includes resurfacing, sidewalk upgrades, signal removal, bridge improvements, lighting and utility upgrades. Motorists can expect a detour using Center Street West.
Benefits include a safer road, safer intersections, longer lasting driving surface, and improved drainage and pedestrian accessibility. It is expected to be complete early-September, weather permitting. For more information and to sign up for email updates, visit mndot.gov/d2/projects/hwy11-roseau.
