2025 LRIP Solicitation update As a result of the 2025 1st Special Legislative Session, $47 million in General Obligation (GO) bonds was appropriated for the competitive Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP). LTAP Snowplow Safety Simulator training Registration is open for Minnesota snowplow and safety simulator training. The training is a two-hour, in-person training in August - September. This training is tailored for local agencies and uses state-of-the-art technology to prepare snowplow drivers for adverse winter driving and road conditions.
