Deadline for workers to respond extended to July 13
The Minnesota Department of Transportation cares about making all highway heavy worksites safe, welcoming places. To support this effort, MnDOT has contracted with SDK Strategic Services to conduct a needs assessment survey to understand the worksite experiences of highway heavy construction workers.
We need your help!
TODAY or TOMORROW, please share the survey with anyone who is currently working or has previously worked in the industry. Emphasize to workers that their voice matters and reassure them that their responses are anonymous. The survey does not ask for individuals' names or company names. No one from individual companies will have access to workers' responses. Only the resulting trends and themes will be shared.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. Responses will guide MnDOT in designing programs and other efforts to improve worksites.
Contractor Strategies
- Post this flyer with QR code on project boards.
- Include this flyer with QR code along with paystubs.
- Share flyer with clickable link via electronic communications: emails, newsletters, announcements, digital job boards, etc.
- Forepersons: share with crews during regular meetings.
- EEO Officers: share during onsite visits.
- All Staff or Supervisor Meetings: include in agenda.
Use at least two of the methods above and send reminders to staff.
