Highway 11 Roseau Project Update: July 1
What's happening this week?

Traffic impacts: Traffic will remain in the configuration that it has been in. Short term access closures for concrete placement.
- West of the Roseau River bridge crews have finished installing storm sewer on south side of Highway 11.
- East of the Roseau River bridge-sidewalk placements will wrap up and turf establishment will begin.
- The bridge sidewalks and approach panels have been placed.
What's happening next week?
July 7-12

Traffic impacts: Traffic will remain in the configuration that it has been in. Short term access closures for concrete placement.
- Grading work will begin and sidewalk placement will take place west of the Roseau River Bridge.
- East of the Roseau River bridge- turf establishment and preparation for paving. Milling operations will begin.
- The deck overlay will be placed on the bridge.
This project includes resurfacing, sidewalk upgrades, signal removal, bridge improvements, lighting and utility upgrades. Motorists can expect a detour using Center Street West.
Benefits include a safer road, safer intersections, longer lasting driving surface, and improved drainage and pedestrian accessibility. It is expected to be complete early-September, weather permitting. For more information and to sign up for email updates, visit mndot.gov/d2/projects/hwy11-roseau.
