- Pouring new sidewalk and curb ramps
- Reclaiming bituminous pavement
- Milling on Roseau River bridge deck

June 9-13
- Continue pouring curb ramps and sidewalk
- Remove bridge approach panels
- Storm sewer installation will begin west of Roseau River bridge
This project includes resurfacing, sidewalk upgrades, signal removal, bridge improvements, lighting and utility upgrades. Motorists can expect a detour using Center Street West.
Benefits include a safer road, safer intersections, longer lasting driving surface, and improved drainage and pedestrian accessibility. It is expected to be complete early-September, weather permitting. For more information and to sign up for email updates, visit mndot.gov/d2/projects/hwy11-roseau.
Please note: Crews are resurfacing the railroad crossing on Highway 89 in Roseau June 2-9, weather permitting. Highway 89 will be closed between Third Street Southwest and Second Street Southwest in Roseau. Motorists will detour using Roseau County Road 120.
