FLAP - call for projects is open The Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (EFLHD) of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) will be accepting Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP) applications in order to develop a multi-year program of projects for Federal Fiscal Years (FY) 2027 through FY 2029. The call for projects application period opens May 30, 2025, and runs through August 29, 2025.  Read more on FLAP.

New process for Standard Plan Sheets State Aid has updated guidance on how to incorporate Standard Plan Sheets into plan sets. This new State Aid guidance went into effect on June 1, 2025, and was developed in response to MnDOT changing their process. Read more on Standard Plan Sheets.
