Brief description: MnDOT requests proposals for Contractor to provide preliminary design, final design, structural engineering, and plan review Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) work for the two groups of State Projects (SP’s) listed in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work, posted separately from this RFP. For the purposes of this RFP, there is no Exhibit A or B. MnDOT anticipates that two contracts will result from this RFP. One Contractor will be selected for each group listed in Group 1 and Group 2 at the sole discretion of MnDOT. The goal of this project is to provide experienced technician, Engineer-in-Training or Licensed Engineer personnel to complete Pre-Design, Final Design, Structural Design, and Plan Review in a cost-effective manner for projects listed in Exhibit C.
