Ensuring your STS Trainer certificate is not expired
STS Trainers play a vital role in ensuring STS drivers receive training as required by the STS rules (MN 8840). Your contributions as a trainer are recognized and appreciated by MnDOT!
|
Trainer certificate requirements:
- The STS Trainer certificate is valid for three years upon issue. The date of expiration can be found on your certificate, so please check when it is due to expire.
- MnDOT first aid certificates are valid for three years, but many other certificates are valid for two years. Please make sure it is not expired.
- If you need refresher training, please ensure it meets the STS rule requirements.
- Training with an expired certificate may invalidate the training provided.
