MnDOT design guide transition On December 12, 2024, MnDOT has officially transitioned from the Road Design Manual (RDM) to its successor, the Facility Design Guide (FDG). All content from the RDM has been retired, reproduced, or updated within the FDG, and the RDM is now formally retired. Read more on MnDOT design guide transition.

Indecent proposals Upon ongoing review of proposals for many projects, there has been found common errors or misunderstanding of how the proposals, or at least certain parts of them, should be assembled. Read more on indecent proposals.

OJT goals and requirements for local agency federal aid projects Per 23 Code of Federal Regulations 230.111, MnDOT has an established OJT program and an OJT Special Provision that has been approved by the FHWA. This regulation is located in the Contract Special Provisions, Division S-1 (2041) ON-THE-JOB TRAINING PROGRAM. Read more on OJT goals and requirements.

eAdvert update eAdvert has been updated. RT Vision has updated the application and are now using ConneX for logging into eAdvert. The new site features updated interface, mobile-friendly user experience, and improved functionality.  Read more on eAdvert update.
