Week 28 construction progress
Work in Stage 4A continues on Highway 108 east in Pelican Rapids, and concrete work is ongoing throughout this section! Crews are working on sidewalks and boulevards, and paving crews plan to start mid-next week, weather permitting.
Back on Highway 59, crews will be pouring stairs at the retaining wall just north of Second Avenue N in the upcoming weeks. Please give them plenty of space to work.
As a reminder, please DO NOT drive or walk around barriers, ribbons or cones. Your cooperation is important. Remain alert as there may be some access restrictions while concrete is curing.
The trail construction along Highway 108 west is also moving along, with concrete paving coming up if weather allows. Reminder that there may be shoulder closures where crews are working. They'll work in this area until the ground freezes and weather pauses progress.
