MnDOT requests responses from Minnesota-based certified small businesses that seek financial assistance for eligible expenses to increase their business capacity or industry knowledge and assist in the pursuit of MnDOT projects and contracts.
Information sessions: For your application to be considered, you must attend a virtual information session or meet one-one-one with the program manager. Sessions will be held on:
Sept. 20, 2024, at 11 – 11:45 a.m.
Sept. 25, 2024, at 1 – 1:45 p.m.
Oct. 7, 2024, at 12 – 12:45 p.m.
Oct. 11, 2024, at 11 – 11:45 a.m.

- Questions regarding this RFP must be received by MnDOT no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Oct. 4, 2024
- Submit questions by e-mail to: jerris.cross@state.mn.us
Deadline: Applications will be evaluated in the order in which they were received, subject to the terms of the RFP. Applications will be accepted until April 30, 2025 or until funding is exhausted. All applications must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on April 30, 2025. Late responses will not be considered.
