Civil Rights updates
MnDOT and its partners provide free training for adults to help them enter the workforce in highway construction. To be eligible, participants must identify as BIPOC, a woman, or otherwise disadvantaged.
Enrollment is open for the following:
Trades Readiness Program - Rochester
Over four weeks, program participants will earn safety certifications, learn how to read blueprints, complete flagger certification training, and attend construction site tours. This program is presented in partnership with Workforce Development, Inc. and LiUNA.
