11th Street Underpass in Moorhead

Do you still have questions about the 11th Street underpass project? We have two opportunities for you to get your questions answered. Join us at Moorhead's Hjemkomst Center, located at 202 1st Ave N, for two upcoming public open houses:

Thursday, March 28, 11 a.m. to noon

Thursday, April 4, 11 a.m. to noon
No formal presentation is planned, just stop in to ask questions, meet construction staff from MnDOT and the prime contractor, and get project information.
Depending on attendance, additional meetings may be regularly scheduled in the future.
Current closures
As of today, March 27, First Avenue is closed between 10th Street and 12th Street, and 11th Street is closed between Second Ave North and Main Avenue, with the intersections at Center Avenue and Main Avenue remaining open to traffic.
- To/from North Moorhead detour: 14th St N, 4th Ave N, 9th St N.
- East/west detour: 8th St N, Center Ave and 14th St N.
