D3 - Let me know about new projects in central Minnesota
Be prepared for delays July 8 to late October 2024
MnDOT will resurface and update the Hwy 25 bridge over the Mississippi River in Monticello. The work will impact travel in the area.
Overall, Hwy 25 will be reduced to one lane, each direction, 24-7, at the bridge for the full duration of this project. Traffic will merge and shift to either side of the highway through the work zone from Third St. to east of Sherburne Co. Rd. 11/14.
Travelers who commute frequently between I-94 in Monticello and Hwy 10 in Big Lake or Becker will want to plan ahead and consider alternate Mississippi River crossings between July 8 and late October in central Minnesota.
Consider these tips:
- Sign up for project email updates and be notified of changes in the work zone
- Seek alternate routes and avoid peak travel times
- Add extra travel time to your trip
- Expect changes to access
- Use 511mn.org for current travel speeds and conditions
