Learn what you need to write a concise and accurate business capability statement. Work through exercises to identify your business priorities and focus. Design a business portfolio that lists your experience and employees’ strengths and resources. Leave with a draft capability statement, portfolio, resume, and employee bios. We provide examples and templates for a company overview, project descriptions, and resumes.
