Great news! The eastbound and westbound Hwy 10 ramps to/from Thurston Ave./W Main St.* (Cutters Grove Ave.), and the road under Hwy 10 are expected to reopen on Thu, Oct. 5.
Once the ramps and road reopen, drivers in the area should be aware of some intermittent access changes that will occur for the remainder of the construction season while we wrap up work in the area. Continue reading below if you typically use this area:
As soon as the ramps and road reopen at Thurston Ave./W Main St., the temporary signal at Cutters Ln. will be removed and traffic will no longer be able to access Hwy 10 at this location.
*With the new Hwy 10 bridge and redesign of W Main St., Cutters Grove Ave. no longer directly connects to Hwy 10. You’ll notice the change in signage as you drive on Hwy 10 and exit at Thurston Ave. that signage states W Main St. instead of Cutters Grove Ave.
W Main St. between Fairoak Ave. and Cutters Ln. closes to eastbound traffic beginning October 6
Starting Fri, Oct. 6, W Main St. traffic between Fairoak Ave. and Cutters Ln. will close to eastbound drivers. During the closure, drivers can use eastbound Hwy 10 to Thurston Ave. ramp to Greenhaven Pkwy. to Fairoak Ave. or Thurston Ave. to eastbound Hwy 10 to Main St. exit.
Westbound traffic will remain open. This closure for eastbound traffic is expected to remain in place through mid-November.
Access to local businesses will be maintained. Please follow business access signs onsite.
