Thanks for your patience while the road was closed for 52 hours to demolish and remove the old westbound Hwy 23 bridge. Both Hwy 10 detours lifted at noon, Wed, Aug. 30.

Busy holiday weekend ahead
Those traveling through the interchange work zone in St. Cloud this Labor Day Weekend, Sept. 1–4, should plan for delays and stop-and-go traffic, especially at peak travel hours. Use alternate routes and avoid busy travel times—westbound 10 on Friday afternoon into early evening and eastbound 10 on Monday afternoon.

Hwy 10
- One lane, each direction, 24-7, between Benton Dr. SE and 15th Ave. SE. until Nov. 1
Hwy 23
- One lane, each direction, 24-7, between Wilson Ave. SE and 25th Ave. SE until Nov. 1
Interchange access
- Open: WB Hwy 10 ramp to EB Hwy 23
- Open: EB Hwy 23 loop ramp to WB Hwy 10
- Closed: All other access ramps, follow detour signs

- Lincoln Ave. SE closed north of Hwy 23 - opens early September
- Division St. E closed to/from Hwy 23 - opens by Fri, Sept. 1
- Wilson Ave. SE closed to through traffic
- Fourth St. SE closed to/from Hwy 10 - opens fall 2024
- E St Germain St. closed west of Hwy 10 - opens by Fri, Sept. 1
- Hwy 301/Minnesota Blvd. closed to/from Hwy 10 - opens mid-September

More about this St. Cloud interchange project
When complete in November 2024, the interchange project will provide a smoother road surface, and improve motorist and pedestrian safety and access throughout. This is a long-term, 60-plus year investment in our infrastructure.
