MnDOT seeks responses from workforce centers, community-based organizations, training institutions, colleges, and trades associations to develop and administer up to three programs in highway construction career development and training.
The program(s) to be developed and delivered:
- A highway construction training program to increase the pool of qualified minorities, women, and disadvantaged individuals in the highway construction workforce in Minnesota by providing participants with the skills needed to gain entry-level highway construction positions with contractors working on MnDOT projects.
The selected entity will work with MnDOT staff and current On-the-job Training Support Services vendors to ensure that services are consistent throughout MnDOT OJT Support Services programs.
- Questions regarding this RFP must be received by MnDOT no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Sept. 20, 2023

- MnDOT anticipates posting answers to such questions no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Sept. 25, 2023
Deadline
All responses must be received via email with a time stamp of no later 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Oct. 12, 2023. Late responses will not be considered.
