The Interstate 94/Highway 27/County Road 45/46 interchange will reopen by 5 p.m. today to all travelers! Although the majority of the work is complete, be aware of workers who will still be on-site finishing up work today and in the upcoming weeks—there may be occasional lane shifts or shoulder closures too!
MnDOT and Douglas County appreciate the public's patience, cooperation and commitment to safety during construction! These interchange improvements help to address safety concerns, improve efficiency along the corridors, enhance traffic performance, mobility and overall driver satisfaction at the I-94/Highway 27/County Road 45/46 interchange.

Up next: I-94 resurfacing project west of Alexandria
Starting Tuesday, July 11, motorists will encounter lane closures on Interstate 94 west of Alexandria. Crews will be building crossovers and installing traffic control devices in preparation for the concrete resurfacing project on westbound I-94, near Highway 114, between mile posts 96 and 100.
In late July, the westbound lanes will close for resurfacing. Traffic will switch and there will be one-lane head-to-head traffic on the eastbound lanes through the project area until October.
