Certified small businesses can receive free training in construction site management. Learn the requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general construction permit for stormwater discharge. Bid as a prime contractor who meets the NPDES permit requirements and can oversee the construction project from start to finish.
At the end of this training, take the exam and earn your Construction Site Manager Certification through the University of Minnesota Erosion and Stormwater Management Program.
