Local Bridge Replacement Program update The 2022 state legislative session closed without any appropriations having been enacted for local bridges. This has resulted in a waiting list of more than 50 projects, requesting more than $12 million in state bridge funds. Read more LBRP update.

Emergency relief training announcement Emergency relief training will be available in the coming months for each district. It is recommended that county engineers make time to attend this training.  Read more ER training.

PathWeb training announcement An upcoming training for PathWeb is scheduled for Thursday, February 23rd from 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. This training is for county engineers and/or their engineering staff. Read more PathWeb training.

Delegated Contract Process agreement update New Delegated Contract Process agreements were emailed to county and city engineers (or administrators if the engineer was not an agency employee) mid-December 2022. If you haven’t returned a signed copy of the agreement with a board/council resolution of approval, please do so. Read more DCP agreement update.

Employee news Mitch Kiecker, Active Transportation Engineer has left State Aid. Metro State Aid changes, include: Julie Dresel retiring this month, Rob Wielinski moving to the federal aid group, and new employees, Alex Gross, Brandon Anderson, and Steve Lam.
