Northern Long-eared Bat reclassification - endangered

On Nov 29, 2022 the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced that the Northern Long-eared Bat (Myotis septentrionalis) as endangered under the Endangered Species Act. The bat was previously listed as endangered.

Categorical Exclusion updates

Recent federal legislation has raised the monetary limits for the Categorical Exclusion for projects of Limited Federal Assistance (23 CFR 771.117(c)(23).)

Employee news

Greg Schauff from State Aid Finance retired on December 20, 2022. Greg had worked for the State of Minnesota for 25 years, 11 years with MnDOT, and three years with State Aid Finance. Until Greg's position is backfilled, please send all DCP pay requests to Robin Sterzinger and John Fox.
