Survey of highway heavy workers extended to Nov. 30
Help improve worksite culture
The Worksite Cooperation Committee would like to survey workers in highway heavy construction about their experiences. The Worksite Cooperation Committee is a subcommittee of the DBE and Workforce Collaborative.
The survey will help inform industry stakeholders and help create tools to improve worksite culture. Responses are anonymous. Staff from the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) will compile the results. The survey takes 5–10 minutes to complete.
Spread the word! Survey open through Nov. 30
Please share the survey with anyone who is currently working or has previously worked in the industry. Emphasize to workers that their voice matters and reassure them that their responses are anonymous. No one from individual companies will have access to workers' responses. Only the resulting trends and themes will be shared.
MnDOT invites and encourages participation by all people in their programs, services and activities.
