MnDOT seeks responses from community-based organizations, training institutions, and employment and training organizations to develop and administer two programs in highway heavy construction career development and training.
The two programs to be developed and delivered are:
- A youth program that introduces and explores highway heavy construction career opportunities, and
- An adult program that focuses on removing barriers to employment and preparing participants for highway heavy construction career training.
The selected entity will work with MnDOT staff and the communities surrounding Highway 252 and I-94, which include Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, and North Minneapolis.
- Questions regarding this RFP must be received by MnDOT no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on March 7, 2022.

- MnDOT anticipates posting answers to such questions no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on March 14, 2022.
Deadline: All responses must be received via email with a time stamp of no later 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on March 28, 2022. Late responses will not be considered.
