Commercial Vehicle Operations updates
On August 5, 2021, Governor Walz signed Emergency Executive Order 21-27, which provides a temporary exemption from certain hours of service requirements for motor carriers and drivers providing direct assistance to emergency relief efforts by transporting fuels, including gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, ethanol and biodiesel.
This will be in effect for 30 days.
