Access changes to northbound I-35W exit ramps between Roseville and Blaine begin April 5

Beginning the morning of Mon, April 5, drivers traveling on northbound I-35W between Co. Rd. C in Roseville and 95th Ave. in Blaine will encounter traffic changes that will affect access to the exit ramps to local roads. Prior to Co. Rd. C, drivers will need to decide which lane to use:

• Choose the right lane if you need to exit to any of the local roads on northbound I-35W.
• Pay attention to any “Ramp Closed” and detour signs. The ramp to Co. Rd. C is closed, and other ramps will close this construction season.
• Choose the left lane if you are traveling to 95th Ave. or further north, which will be a through lane separated by concrete barriers with no opportunity to exit.
• If you choose the left lane, the first available exit ramp will be 95th Ave.

Rosegate road closure begins April 1

To complete the final portion of the I-35W bridge over Rosegate in Roseville, crews once again, need to fully close Rosegate this construction season.

Beginning at 5 a.m. tomorrow, April 1, Rosegate under I-35W will be closed and drivers should follow the posted detour using Cleveland Ave., Co. Rd. B2 and Long Lake Rd. Rosegate is expected to remain closed through this summer.

Westbound Hwy 10 ramp to westbound Mounds View Blvd./Co. Rd. 10 closes on April 8

Heads up! The ramp from westbound Hwy 10 ramp to westbound Mounds View Blvd./Co. Rd. 10 is expected to close for one month starting on Thu, April 8. Drivers will be detoured to use northbound I-35W to the Co. Rd. I exit and then go southbound on I-35W to the Mounds View Blvd./Co. Rd. 10 exit. Access to Mounds View Blvd./Co. Rd. 10 from northbound I-35W will not be impacted.

The I-35W North MnPASS project is a three-year reconstruction project that will repair aging infrastructure and improve mobility on I-35W between Roseville and Lino Lakes.
