St. Croix Crossing Annual Report available

We have released the annual St. Croix Crossing Project Summary Report. It provides information about major work on the new St. Croix Crossing and related projects, including the Stillwater Lift Bridge, Hwy 95 and the Loop Trail in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The report covers the time period from March 1, 2019 through Feb. 29, 2020. This is the final annual report for the St. Croix Crossing project, which has been published each year since 2007.
