Ramp from northbound I-35W to 31st St./Lake St. closed November 13-15

The weather is expected to warm up in the next few days, which will allow us to pave 31st St.  between Stevens Ave. and 2nd Ave. S. To efficiently pave 31^st. St., we need a closure of the ramp from northbound I-35W to 31st St/Lake St.  Beginning 9 a.m. Wed, Nov. 13, the ramp will be closed through 5 p.m. Fri, Nov. 15. Drivers will be detoured to exit at the 36th St./35th St. ramp to eastbound 36th St. to northbound 3rd Ave. S.

Eastbound 31st St. will also be closed during this time. Motorists will be detoured to use Lake St. while westbound 31st St. will be open to traffic.     

*All closures are weather permitting and subject to change.
