St. Croix Crossing Annual Summary Report is now available!

MnDOT’s St. Croix Crossing Annual Summary Report is now available on the St. Croix Crossing website. This report provides information about major work on the new St. Croix Crossing and related projects including the Stillwater Lift Bridge, Hwy 95 and the Loop Trail in Minnesota and Wisconsin. It covers the period from March 1, 2018 through Feb. 28, 2019. This annual summary is required to satisfy environmental agreements made before construction of the bridge began (Amended Section 106 Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and the Riverway Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)).
